Review content:
The management company is unprofessional on just about every level and is way understaffed, led by rude office administrator who takes weeks on requests and mean little owner man.
He reminds me of Napoleon all fluffed up in self-importance. To describe him as a narcissist is fairly accurate. Introduce yourself to him before you sign a lease if you doubt my assessment.
He goes to the office between 7-8am to delegate maintenance duties and leaves the door open... then disappears just before the office opens to avoid customers.
Their poor on-site staff have to deal with very unprofessional supervision and their maintenance staff is very small for over 600 properties so you'll wait for maintenance requests. If you made the mistake of signing a lease know that they'll never upgrade a unit until the tenant on the current lease departs.
There are a few tenants that have been there for years and would be glad to verify that is true.
Ask the lady who smokes outside the 500 building a few questions... she'll happily tell many tales of their previous manager who dealt with hellish circumstances.
I felt terribly for the guy who legitimately made the place nicer and safer.
Pros: Quaint garden, Nice residents
Cons: Unprofessional and Disorganized Office Management
