I've been going to this place since I was little. I remember how many changes were made. I remember the fire they had a while back. Shell Lanes is like a 2nd home to me... plus my brother-in-law works there. It's true that the ball returns are slow, the computers need to be updated and the snack bar help can be rude, but the people who wake up in the morning to work at that place make a difference. They bust their asses to provide customers with satisfaction and those who can't appreciate it are living in a fantacy world. Shell Lanes has the best prices... not only are they reasonable, but they're the best price in Brooklyn. In time, Shell Lanes will expand. I have faith in this place because I know it so well!
