Review content:
Being in the appliance repair business must be a thankless job. People only call you when there is a problem. They are impatient and frustrated that it can't be fixed yesterday.\r
I have used Pete's Major Appliance for years. Yes sometimes parts are not available right away, yes the person on the phone answering 100 calls a day may not come across with what you want to hear but in the end the job is done and it is done well.\r
I don't know exactly how long they have been in business but it has been for quite a while.- There must be a reason.\r
Most of the complainers in these reviews are probably the complaining type anyway... I have found there is a dedication to doing a good job by Pete's Major Appliance and would recommend them highly
