I have struggled with a weight problem since I was a child. I have tried many weight loss programs to some success but have always gained my weight back. Something always seemed to be missing. I heard of Dr. Vitchoff long before I made an appointment. I guess I finally made up my mind thinking this was a last resort. Dr. Vitchoff and PA Hypnosis made it possible for me to find what was right for me -- a healthy balance of eating and exercise -- and stick to it. I have a way to go but am feeling more positive than I've ever felt. For the first time in my life I feel I can maintain a healthy lifestyle and keep my weight off!
