I asked several times on the phone if the program would be personalized and that I wouldn't be left in the room with a CD playing- and they reassured me that wouldn't be the case. After paying the expensive $400 for the program I found that was exactly the case! Save your money and buy a hypnosis cd online and listen to it- much cheaper and that is all that you get at the center!
