My name is Bob and I have been lucky enough to have completed a program designed specifically for me at the PA Hypnosis Center. I had a horrible diet and bad eating habits, but after working with Caitie Dolgos and Dan Vitchoff I was able to cut out the sugars and carbs, and lose a total of 85 pounds. I feel like a whole new person not only physically, but mentally. I have a positive outlook on life and now when I drive past Mcdonalds or Wendys instead of stopping for that double cheeseburger, I can continue to drive past without any consideration or thought for the greasy, and unhealthy foods. I am now able to feel comfortable with myself and my body, and the past 6 months have truly been an amazing experience. Knowing at how great and postive of an experience the PA hypnosis center was, I am going to be starting a new program next week that was personally designed for me. I have lost the weight to make me an overall more physically and mentally healthy!
