I cannot thank Catie and Dan and the pa hypnosis center enough. 6 months ago I was smoking a pack of cigerettes a day, and since my smoking cessation program ended I have no touched a cigerette let alone even craved to smoke one. The thing that amazed me the most was how the pa hypnosis center taught me how to quit smoking without gaining any weight. I have actually lost 10 pounds, because of the healthy habits that I have newly acquired. Thank you pa hypnosis center!!
