My name is Paula and I have completed a phobia program, for the fear of flying, at the PA hypnosis center. My fear became more clear after September 11, and my whole family this past summer decided to fly to Ireland. I had flown to Ireland once before in my life, and thinking of even getting on a plane again made my legs shake. With Dan and Catie's help I was not only able to fly to Ireland and visit my family I also have planned another trip for next September. The relaxation skills that I was taught were amazing, and really worked. I cannot believe how well the hypnosis center really worked for me! Thanks.
