I had these guys (looked like brothers) come and clean my carpet in my entire house. They did not move any furniture, just sort of went around it. Everything seemed fine until I opened the shade in my bedroom to look at the carpet. My window on the french door was totally shattered. I called to talk to the manager/owner and I just got the run around. No one returned my calls, and no one offered an apology! I had to have my window replaced, but to this day, not one person has tried to make it right. No, I will never give them my business again, or a referral.
Pros: clean carpet
Cons: broken window!
