STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Take the Greyhound or Peter Pan bus to New York City. It will get you there in the same amount of time for just $4.00 more, plus you will not be crammed in a van that should only seat 12 passengers but instead is carrying 16 passengers.
Very poor customer service, plus they are extremely racist against non-Hispanics and non-Latinos. I used their services to get New York and was left stuck there because THEY did not explain the return trip home properly, they mock me and said it wasn’t their problems in Spanish not realize I was Puerto Rican because I only spoke English. They continued to laugh and poke fun at my situation in the background not realizing I understood everything they said.
I will never use their services again.
