This is what I was told after asking about a shirt that did not come back. (Spring St.store)This is many of the Customer Service NO NO's.We just recently startring using RC's.My experience has gone from really bad to worse. First was a Sports Jacket that was sent back 3 YES 3 times to have the lapel repressed , it was done so bad it actually hangs wrong now.This is a $200.00 jacket ! Next comes the shirts coming back pressed wrong to having stains that were not there when the shirts were dropped off. I do not know how people afford having their clothes trashed by these people.What is the recourse ?I was told at the Colinial plaza store (after they found my brand new $70.00 shirt , that came back with a brand new red stain) that there is a cleaners in\r
Lanesboro. I have Never run into such horrid Customer Service
