I love this place. I've eaten there about 4 times in the last 2 months. The outdoor seating is fun for a night w/ the friends. Bring your own wine! Anyway, for lunch you can get a chicken/steak combo w/ beans, salsa, plantains (or collard greens) and buttered-up rice for $6.95; which is a steal. For dinner I always get the Ranchera steak, which is a thin, but flavorful skirt steak loaded w/ garlic. I do think this place is a little pricey considering there is no service. But I'll still come back. Too bad they didn't serve Caipirinhas (Brazilian Mojito). I've also tried the empadinhas, which are these fried flour pastries with either cheese or meat. Not bad. CB is definitely one of my fave places to eat at in LA. I took my friend there once, and she's gone back another 3 times alone.
