Review content:
I love the idea of this place, but here is what's wrong with the place.
Having a giant cooktop that is half in use (meals being cooked) and the other half is being cleaned which means someone is scraping the burnt on food of the flat top cooker. It never fails that some of this burnt goodness ends up in my meal.
How to improve? Section the cooktop and cook 6 meals at the same time, have 2-3 people looking over the food and then clean the cooktop after all the meals come off. I would be willing to wait in line longer if this were the case.
If you do go I recommend placing your frozen meat/seafood selections on the very top before you put your sauces on so the meat is not as dry.
Another con is the show the employee's around the grill try to put on. Nice idea but too bad no one can catch rice or flip it without rice falling onto the ground, same goes for raw eggs. Maybe it's me but I'm not quite sure how food on the floor around the cooking surface is clean or safe.
I would recommend this place only if they cleaned up their act.
Pros: make your own meal
Cons: price, wait, sanitation
