we have rented an apartment with those called ""ladies"" actually they are not, firts the apartment looks ""ok"" but when star living in it things start going very wrong, mold show up in the master bedroom and bathrooms, roaches showing up every day, ac dated 1543, (look in the contract if it's broken you paid for the rapairs ????????), and when you try to contact DMI about it they not answer the phone, so you go to the office and they give you attitude and faces like ""what do you doing here"" ""what do you want"", horrible personalitty and very low profesionalism. It is true: they have low prices but pretty much they thru you to the nightmare of your life. My error: rent with them. Now I looking to broke the contract and live some where else even if it will affect my credit. Recomment: when you see DMI management in some apartment building run, run, run and don't look back, DMI is the worse company I ever know. Never again.
