Review content:
Montoya's is great! I'm really picky, so for me to feel so exuberant over them is, well, let's just say that anybody that knows me knows I think really highly of them. I was very impressed, first of all, with Danny, who took a look and gave me the estimate. Everybody that worked with Montoya's gave that same impressive, caring attention to detail. The first step was when they came to do the power wash. Danny Jr. came to do it, and before he left he told me that the next day two guys would come to do the sanding. When I met them I was extremely impressed. I wondered how they found employees like this, and it turned out that they were another son and a cousin of the Montoyas, so it was in the family! That's the kind of impression they give with the pride in their work, like they all have something at stake and care so much, and it was that way all the way through. My next door neighbor was watching them as they worked and he said that he noticed that if something was wrong they would go back over it. You don't find people who take that much pride in their work! They also did extra stuff, in addition to what they were supposed to do. I had them re-stain the steps, which they did, but they also did the gate by the stairs, as well as my little planter box. It all looks fresh, and it really matches too. I had already paid them, so they had just done these extras to go above and beyond. Judy Cato
