I actually discovered RJH Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Services through a combination of yellows page and online searching.
I dealt directly with one of the principals, Jeff. I was impressed with his straightforward and professional approach.
At the time, we were looking for a maintenance agreement on our HVAC systems on an annual basis. We chose RJH because they were a little more customer-friendly and we felt we would have a much better face-to-face contact with their staff, rather than with a larger company.
Jeff has personally been involved with a lot of the communication with me, and he has followed up with sending technicians out to make that the work was followed through. They came in and have been involved in some very difficult repairs to a very new system that in some respects hadn't been installed correctly.
It's been a year using them, and we like the fact that I have both Jeff's office and cell number so he's easily reached. If I leave a message, he gets back to me relatively quickly and follows up. So we've had a good relationship.
