Review content:
If ever i feel the need for a good plate of sushi, there's a small sushi bar in chandler near my home that I can go to. After repeated visits, I have formed a trust in this small restaurant, and I have discovered that my favorite dish served there is the Crunchy Eel roll. Comprised of six large, sticky-rice wrapped rounds covered in a crunchy tempura, this roll is a mouth full of Umami in every bite. In every bite, there is a burst of smooth cream cheese, accented by the also creamy taste of fresh avocado. The Sweet rice melts away as a crunch comes from the tempura and a few slices of cucumber that are lined up in the roll. To further highlight the flavor, I usually mix soy sauce with some of the fresh wasabi paste that is served with each sushi dish. The roll is also quite good with a slice of pickled ginger on it giving a little bite to the works.
This sushi bar always leaves me wanting more, ensuring my return the next time any occasion arises.
Pros: close to home, good prices, fantastic sushi
