I absolutely would highly, highly recommend having your wedding here... The customer service was the very best, what true southern charm should be all about. I am from Chiago, and they made every step along the way easy and relaxing. We corresponded via email up until 2 months before my wedding and at first I was nervous about all of the details being taken care of and any details that I was not aware of, but my personal consultant guided me along the way; always ensuring that we had everything taken care of. There were a lot of details to tend to, and there were a few bumps along the way, but we all worked through them nicely. Every issue that Michael and I had about pricing and ""the extras"" were taken care of in an understanding manner with mutual respect. Michael and I would highly recommend this venue for anyone who is looking for that top-notch customer service, if customer loyalty could be used again and again, I would do it all over again at Che'ne Rouge. :)
