I have been using Box Butler since the company started. I looked into several storage options and this was the best one. It is affordable and convenient. Every fall my winter clothes arrive at my apartment in perfect condition and I swap them out with my summer clothes. Living in a small apartment with not great closet space it is great not having to worry about where I am going to put things. The ""Butlers"" are all friendly and keep in contact with you the day of your deliveries so you are not waiting hours in your apartment. They always arrive in the time window they quote. These guys will do almost anything to help you out. My bike room was being renovated and I had no room to store our families' bikes in my apartment. Box Butler kept them for me until the construction was done. In New York, it is all about convenience and what is more convenient than having your storage until delivered straight to your home!
