Review content:
From the moment I walked in here, I was treated with respect and courtesy. I went in for the first time to have my new engagement ring and wedding band sized. The rings were antique pieces that my fiance's grandmother gave to him, and were over 65 years old. Obviously, this had great sentimental value, so I was cautious about whose hands I would leave them in. \r \r Richie was first class, and invited me to stay and wait while the ring was worked on. When he was done, they looked like new! When I took the rings home, I noticed a slight imperfection in one of the prongs, so the next day I brought it back. Richie wasn't available in the mount kisco store, but I was told that he was in Scarsdale and he welcomed me to go down there and have the ring looked at.\r \r When I got to the Scarsdale store, again I was treated amazingly and I felt very secure. At all measures, the staff is trying to ensure the comfort and security of the customer and they really want you to be overly satisfied with the service. I definitley was, and my rings look stunning. Thanks to Richie and his staff and their professional work, my rings look like new! Excellent job!
