Businiess name:  Milt's BBQ
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
Beginning a search for the best BBQ in the Northwest: Milt's is tucked into a Redmond strip mall. The slaw was flavorful. The pulled pork sandwich was juicy, the sauce sweet with a hint of brown sugah, not quite enough meat for the bun. I -- unlike my companion -- like saucy meats, it it was good for me (although the meat was a little lost in goo). The ""D*mn Hot"" sauce was just right... flavor-filled with a burn. At $19 for two 'wiches, 3 sides (2 free, one extra), a little pricey for Q... but still good enough to go back. We're also thinkin' part of the ambiance is the owner -- does he talk with you?! Milt engaged us goin' in, and we had some laughs... but I always like someone who says ""see ya again""; guess I'll have to go back! Surprisingly uncrowded! Pros: Lots of seating, good banter with Milt, good sauce Cons: sterile inside, no music, nobody said "see ya!"
