Review content:
I had read some other negative experiences about this place on Citysearch, but I decided to give them a fair shot since the location was super-convenient for me. I brought in a pair of jeans that needed the button replaced, which I know can be a tricky thing to have done. But the woman practically shoved me out of the store, barking that it was ""impossible"" to fix and that ""no tailor"" would ever be able to repair that. She was incredibly dismissive and rude, and didn't even really let me finish asking my question before she pretty much kicked me out. Not exactly stellar customer service protocol. I wound up getting the jeans fixed by an apparently magical tailor less than a mile away, who was a decent human being to boot. Nothing good to say for Fatima, sadly. May all the buttons on the woman's jeans simultaneously fall off. And those of all her family. Then maybe she'll be forced to patronize a decent and competent tailor so she can get a sense of where she falls in the market. Sure, it's a strange curse to wish on someone, but there's no one more deserving.
Pros: None whatsoever, turns out.
Cons: Extremely rude and incompetent to boot.
