Review content:
There is a new owner now - Matt. I came for oil change. Matt (new owner) didn't say anything to me and tried to put full synthetic oil ($85 cost) instead of regular oil cost ($35).\r
\r
I noticed it and stopped him. The new owner (Matt) was arrogant and rude and start conversation with me about how little car dealerships pays him and he wasn't happy, that he needs more money etc.\r
Later he also tried to replace engine filter to make me pay more. I know that Toyota dealership (I have Toyota Prius) charge $60 for synthetic oil change.\r
\r
After that Matt start arguing with me that dealerships are not professionals and don't know what they doing and that they are installing to the cars not brand names parts.\r
Matt assured me that he worked long time and he knows better.\r
.\r
On my question ""why do you charge $25 more for oil change compare do dealerships?"" he's behavior turned to rude.\r
\r
Ok... I know that this gas station give a discount to MS employe. I give Matt my employe number - he refuse to give me a discount and ask me for MS badge. It was my day off - I didn't have it with me. I give Matt my name and ask him to check his database - it should also be there. He refuse to check. I told Matt that I have MS parking badge on my car (proof) and show him my proclub card - Matt refused to give me a discount anyway.\r
\r
Long story short - the new management (Matt) - greedy and trying to get extra money from you without you knowledge and agreement for it.\r
\r
I called it shameful,dishonest, untruthful and disreputable.\r
\r
It's not the way to start business, Matt! \r
