Picture this.....I was having a new front door installed. The technicians told me that they could not put the alarm transmitter from my old door into the new door, something I had not even thought about. I needed to get a technician out within the hour, otherwise, my alarm wouldn't work. Total Protection sent me a great technician and within the time frame I needed. It only took him fifteen minutes and even saved me money, by transferring my exhisting alarm from the old door to the new. I was and still am a very happy person and will only use them for all my alarm needs.
