Review content:
I had my kitchen refaced by this company 2 1/2 yrs ago. The cost was $12,500. The installer was polite and I think he did the best he could, but was probably being rushed by the company. The overall look of the kitchen turned out okay, but it's kind of a cheap, plastic look. There are lots of flaws and there was no cleanup done after installation. During the installation, we noticed the countertop they installed over our breakfast bar was sagging. The owner's son told us, very rudely, that it would cost us extra to have it installed correctly. My biggest mistake, aside from hiring them in the first place, was not kicking them out of my house right then. It turns out that the cabinet doors they installed are defective. After speaking to the owner recently, it's clear the company does not want to honor their warranty. They won't even answer their phone unless we call from a number they don't recognize. These people have no integrity or business sense. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!
