Review content:
A small pinhole leak in my copper pipes turned into a flood. Thad at Terra Nova was very proactive, he met with the insurance company at my house to explain what needed to be done. He repaired the pipe, ripped out damaged drywall and did a complete dryout, double checking with a moisture reader to ensure dryness before putting up new drywall. \r

One week later I had another pin hole leak on the other side of the kitchen. Since he was already there, he just took care of it without any additional charge. \r

One month later I had a leak in my livingroom. He found that another plumber had shoved a plastic garbage bag under the toilet piping because they had caused damage when istalling the toilet. Water had been accumulating on that plastic for years. Thank you Thad for taking care of our leaks and preventing any mold.
