Do not trust this man. My two weeks with ""Ideal"" Enterprises cost me over twelve hundred dollars. I endured NO working heat (in January!), multiple leaky sinks, a fridge that reeked of MOLD, a water heater that went out, missing maintenance man (even the landlord couldn't find him for days!), missed appointments. The landlord learned my # and never picked up my calls. After 5 days of dealing with all of the above, I told him I was moving out. I am a reasonable, clean, and rational tenant, but was given such an unusable apartment - and lied to so many times - that I took on the burden of moving all of my stuff to a new place. He agreed to refund my security deposit if I found a new tenant by the end of the month. I found a new tenant, left the place cleaner than I found it.
