The Association here is really cracking down on enforcing rules. At first I was mad because I got a tow sticker on my truck. I didn't even know I was required to get a parking permit. I felt pretty stupid when I saw all the signs at each of the entrances saying that parking permits are required. I have driven by the same signs for 5 years and never bothered to read them.\r
Because of they are requiring everyone to update their information, they found several convicted felons living on the property that are absolutely not allowed to be here. Anyone with a criminal history is not allowed to live in our community. To say the least, the Association had those guys butts tossed right off the property within a week. I am glad that I live in a place that I feel safe. Thanks for everyone on the Rules Committee.
