I have been shopping at this store for 8 years and have never had a problem. The previous reviews must have been having a bad day. The staff at Burbank Pet Plaza is always more than willing to help me. They take GREAT care of there animals and are wonderful to my 2 dogs who I bring in with me all the time.\r

As for the previous review...The store cat Kobe (big black cat) could not have scratched her small dog because I know for a fact he doesn't have front claws. How can the cat scratch the dog when he has no claws??? That woman just wanted something to complain about. \r

All of my friends go to this store too and they love it. Not a single one has had anything bad to say about this store. You should go in a see for yourself.
Pros: They have Frontline and Advantage!!!
