Very rude owner and so is her son. My brother carried another competitor's coffee cup into the store and was very rudely asked to put his coffee into their container. They could have been polite about it and it would have been a non-issue, but their lack of tact and customer service drove us to leave and never come back. I'm surprised they are able to keep customers coming back when they treat them this way - they should not expect their customes to know the ""rules"" of the food service industry. We will definitely be going elsewhere, which is sad, because I would love to support the local shops. Caribou and Starbucks here we come!
