Review content:
We have been in business for eight years doing e-commerce. We had worked with Jason about six years ago and were not very happy with the quality of his work and service. However last year he reached out to us and convinced us that he had changed his organization and operating methods for the better. Unfortunately our recent experience with Jason was a fiasco. He made unrealistic promises to transfer our data to a new site which he agreed he would then upgrade and develop. He never followed through. He promised us that he would give us priority attention and then took on other clients. He misled us by saying he was doing work on developing our site but never did. When he did try to transfer our data to the new site which was the first step in the project, he couldn't do it, and basically abandoned us. When I asked Jason whether he wanted to continue to work with us, he said he would love to but was too busy. After four months of deceit and delays we never reached first base, and had to hire another developer. Working with Jason was both shockingly bad and very disappointing because it was a big violation of trust.
