I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. For starters, when I paid for their services, they didn't even have their credit card receiving information set up properly, so that in turn my funds went into the wrong account. After receiving a nasty call from the plumber's wife, I figure out via my bank what happened. So I then just went into the office and paid. A week later, I get an even nastier call from the plumber's daughter stating I had not paid the bill when I will in there only 4 days prior. At this point, I explained to her how I had been in and paid (at least I tried to, she kept speaking over me) and asked that she looked into it. Apparently nothing had been looked into because today I received a call from the plumber, and nasty, rude, and completely unprofessional, stating that the bill was not paid and that I had to in turn bring them my receipt or pay it again. I have never been so disgusted with a company in my life, nor I have ever been treated so awfully.
