DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! This place used to be ok. We moved in, everything was great, then new management took over. --- WENDY! WENDY raised rents and claimed it was due to property taxes being greater ... which, I would LOVE to know what she's doing with the extra money! Because its CERTAINLY NOT being used on our apartments/townhouses! We used to be able to request upgrades and pay for them in our rent, now that option has been taken away. You get what you move into and ""no upgrades will be done until you move"". MOST shockingly, a resident, an active duty resident in the army, was away at school FOR army training, and his place was ""broken into"" by maintenance. His TV was stolen, his PS3, and his lap top. What did the office say? ""Well, we can't do anything, call the cops."" How do we know it was maintenance? NOTHING was broken into, the door was locked when he returned home, sliding glass door, windows - ALL LOCKED! I WONDER who would be able to break in when the complex KNEW he was away, and lock the door behind them?! Also, when maintenance was confronted, they said they never entered the apartment. A COMPLETE and UTTER lie since a neighbor of his asked maintenance to go in and check to make sure everything was ok and WATCHED as they ENTERED the apartment!!! (The neighbor was unaware he was away) All this and DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON!!! A man who fights for our country being robbed by his own maintenance during Christmas! NIIICEE!!! Do they care? NOPE! Because if you look elsewhere, they own that property as well! Do not move here!! Maintenance is allwed to enter your apartment when you are not home in order to ""fix things""! I came home to a service request slip on my stairs one day .... a service request I NEVER asked for or put a request in for! I wonder what they did HERE! LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE NOT OWNED BY HOME PROPERTIES!!!!
