I've been doing business with them for years and this month I experienced car problems which needed to be dealt with immediately.. forcing me to be 9 days late with my payment. I called and explained the situation and they wanted me to try and borrow money from someone, which wasn't an option. I was also told they HAD to have a payment before the date I could bring it... again, not an option. They tried to say my late payment was due to them raising my limit last month, which had nothing to do with my car breaking down. The manager then said she would have to lower my limit due to me being unable to pay on time. I've NEVER been late before and i gaurantee I will NEVER use their services again!!!!
