I had HORRIBLE service at this Ace Hardware location. I ran into an older employee and on one occasion was treating like an incompetent human being, then the other occasion I tried to use their U-Haul services, and it was the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life.
I come inside with my printed U-Haul reservation, walk to the back where I'm confronted with the same employee that treated me horribly the last time. I then am ""scolded"" that he didn't see my reservation earlier that morning! He then walks outside to hook my trailer up to my BMW X5, where he begins to BARK ORDERS as to how to back a vehicle up. Keep in mind, I OWN an open trailer and am just the expert as any other experienced person with a trailer, yet he would not quit.
After I had enough of his treating me like garbage, I kindly said I did not appreciate being treated like a teenager (I'm 35), then asked to cancel my reservation.
