I lived in these apartments for a 13 months. When I first moved in I liked living there, but over time realized I was told basically anything to get me to move in. They were running a really good special at the time and the rental agent lied to get me to take it. The one thing I HATED about living there was the security entrance gate NEVER WORKED. I can count on my fingers how many times it worked in the 13 months. While living here I had a bug and rodent problem in my apartment. My heater AND air conditioner went out, it took them several visits to fix both of these issues. Which meant major inconveniences for us during the hottest and coldest parts of the year. They also would take a while to fix maintenance issues and a few times came to my apartment to fix issue requested at other apartments by accident. Near the end of my lease they tried to double my rent, while trying to negotiate a lower price I discovered many things told to me by my rental agent when I signed my lease were not true. Their only excuse was that she no longer worked there. I am still having an issue getting my $87 deposit back because they 'say' it is non-refundable even though none of my paperwork says that. The rental agents they have now are very nice and polite, but they are often understaffed causing a very long wait. The office people are overall nice but are trained to get over on you. Other than the staff issues and hustle, I think the community is ok if you live near the office / front of the complex. Considering the rent they are charging now it is not worth living there now.
