Review content:
No one likes to get their car worked on, but my two experiences with the GPF service department have been good. The first time, I brought my Escape in because there was something wonky going on with the electrical panel - it took them a while to diagnose and fix the problem, but they paid for a rental car while they worked on it and always kept me updated on their progress. The second time, the car needed an oil change and general once-over. I made my service appointment online (love it), the technician sent me a detailed email estimate of the work they recommended, he was straightforward with me about what had to be done now and what could wait a while, and they finished when they said they would. Yes, it sucks to funnel money into a rapidly depreciating asset - BUT, I appreciate the service I've received at GPF, and I don't feel like I'm getting the run-around sales job like at some other shops I've tried.
