When I went to buy some cigarettes (which I no longer smoke), the one gentlemen asked to see my i.d. which I provided him with. Now before I got to the register, he scanned the i.d. of the customer in front of me.Without even scanning it (they have electronic scan), he said my i.d. was fake and that he would have to call the police if I didn't leave.I contested that he didn't even scan it and when he did, he seemed displeased that I was of legal age.\r
When I returned the following week, with my mother, I tried to buy some food there with my credit card and I asked if it was ok to put it on credit. He replied quite curtly....No.Then he paused and said 10 dollar minimum so I said never mind. When my mom brought her beer to the counter he asked to see my i.d. again, and I asked why, and he told me that she was buying me alcohol.(I don't even drink I'm Christian) I gave him my i.d. and while my mother tried to explain that the beer was for her, he said NO NO NO, why you buy two beer then? Totally embarrassed, my mother and I left there wondering whether or not this was a racial thing, because every other customer he helped, he was courteous to and we were the only white/Caucasian customers. I will not pe e on this place if it were on fire. Please do not support this rac ist business; even though they have the right to refuse service to anyone, they don't have to refuse me, I will never go there again.
Pros: Right Next To Don Cuco's So you can get something to eat
Cons: VERY Unfriendly, Some food is expired
