I HAVE OWNED A CONDO IN THIS COMMUNITY FOR TWO YEARS AND IT IS AN AWESOME COMMUNITY...THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND WORK HARD TO MAINTAIN THE PLACE...THERE ARE MAJOR RENOVATIONS ABOUT TO TAKE PLACE IN THE COMMON AREAS OF THE MIDRISE BUILDINGS...WE HAVE SUBSTANTIAL RESERVES TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THIS 37 ACRE CONDO, TOWNHOME, AND FREE STANDING HOME GATED COMMUNITY...IF YOU ARE IN THE MARKET FOR PROPERTY ON LENOX ROAD, YOU WILL BE AMAZED AT THE QUALITY FOR THE MONEY...THE ASSOCIATION DUES MAY APPEAR TO BE HIGH, BUT IN THE MIDRISE BUILDINGS THE FOLLOWING IS INCLUDED IN THE MONTHLY DUES: WATER (HOT WATER AND COLD WATER), COMCAST CABLE, BEAUTIFULLY KEPT GROUNDS, COMMUNITY BUILDING UPKEEP, LARGE SWIMMMING POOL, PONDS, BRIDGES, GATED ENTRY (GAZEBO WITH GUARD AT GATE 24 HRS), EXCELLENT CLEANING STAFF, A GREAT MANAGER AND MANAGER'S ASSISTANT TO COMMUNICATE THE COMMUNITIE'S NEEDS, AND AN ASSOCIATION BOARD THAT IS THOROUGH IN MAKING THE PROPER DECISIONS TO MAKE THE PLANTATION AT LENOX A PREMIER PROPERTY ON LENOX ROAD.
