Review content:
I called before making an oil change appointment to ask the price of an oil change, I was quoted $19.99. I then asked if they accept competitors coupons, and was told YES (my coupon is for $12.99). I say ok, and make the appointment. I drop the the keys off AND the coupon BEFORE the oil change. I return to pick-up the vehicle, and much to my surprise the invoice says $35! I dispute this as not only do I have a coupon that they accepted for $12.99, but I was originally quoted $19.99! After much going back and forth they did NOT honor the coupon RUDELY saying the oil used in the coupon is not the oil they use, therefore making my coupon null and void. Why was I not told this pre-oil change, and why did they accept the coupon up front?? I just had tires put on a few months ago with them, spent over $400 with this location, and still they would not budge , and wouldn't honor their word. I will NEVER return. If they can't be trusted over a simple oil change coupon, what else will they pull?\r Pros: Nothing Cons: Everything
