I was sold an extended warranty on my camera to cover every issue it may come with. Well the camera had a issue. The sales person (George) or (Jorge) advised me that this warranty was a no question asked warranty. Well Lets just say that they didnt ask any questions when i returned it because it was takening unfocused photos and video. Manager ( Steven ) Said Sorry we cant help you we dont see the problem. Well to explain further he informed me that he took about 200 photos at his sons graduation with a professional camera and only 10 came out. Boy this guy is a full of you know what type of guy. \r

I have been shopping at Brandsmart for 15 years but i guess due to my experiences here is time for a change. They say that it only takes one bad experience to lose a good customer. Boy is that phrase right. \r
