Review content:
I could complain for hours about this community. If you like termites, roaches, and the occasional rat or mouse then you'll have no problem living at Camino Palms. The termites are the worst of the pest problem. One tenant that lived at Camino Palms for several years said they posted notices that they would tent the building to treat the problem, and then they never did it. This same person also got reimbursed for some of her property that she lost because of the infestation. In addition to the pests the community also has sprinkler systems that spray unfiltered water, so after your car is soaked a few times you're left with brown/rust marks all over the paint. I have tried 3 different products and the discoloration will not go away. Even a professional car detailer told me the only solution is to re-paint my vehicle. To top off this experience, management comes into your apartment a MINIMUM of 3 times a year to spray insecticide. Sometimes they post a notice 4 ft. above the mailboxes, where it’s difficult to even see, and other times they don't post anything and just show up. To be fair, the property manager does work really hard, managing all 3 buildings alone, but if it comes down to it, the tenant is the one that gets the short end of the stick. \r
In short, heed this warning and don't waste your time at Camino Palms. I promise you will be kicking yourself later.\r
