Review content:
We purchased Tech Grade H2O2 from this company starting last year. We then made subsequently larger purchases after finding them to have the best price in the US. However, when we recently purchased a very large order and the product was completely faulty (evidence showed nearing less than half of the expected and labeled % of 35% technical grade Hydrogen peroxide) after multiple telephone conversations with the owner and back peddling on her story she ultimately passes the buck. We are currently seeking a full refund but have had no luck. Will update this as progress occurs.
Pros: less expensive than most in the states
Cons: refuse to take responsibility for their defective chemicals
