I have been going to Hugo's for years and years. We went there before the renovations when it was a hole in the wall place but the food was still great. The atmosphere is improved and the food is still wonderful. My husband and I both got Milanesa Steak. We should have split one order. It took up the WHOLE plate and was so good. The black beans and yellow rice were perfect and we got a cuban sandwich to take back to our hotel for a late night snack (It is great! I am eating it now.) We drove 700 miles to get to Tampa and the first place we ate was Hugo's. OUTSTANDING!\r
