She destroyed my hair. I looked hidious. They claim to be ""colour experts"". I was so dissapointed. I ended up at CVS buying a loreal kit to cover up the damages two days later. I went in wanting some highlights and ended up looking like an old lady with full grey coverage. it's a pig stye. They have u waiting for ever. I'm soooo disappointed I would never recomend this place. Do your self a favour and go to first choice because in this situation I never got what I paid for. 100 dollars later, tip included (felt obligated) wud have made better there. That will be my next try. Unless you can recommend? There has to be someoneout there that knows how to do this the right way.....Very unprofessional!
