Update on Park. I found out today, that the new managers are ""charging"" special fees. Apparetnly,they\r
are keeping some for themselves. They just purchased a 40000.00 new truck. I looked this guy up.\r
He used to be incarcerated in conneticut charged with heroin possesion.\r

These people are never in the office, wont give out a phone number and I am selling. They are making this\r
place a junk hole. Everything is going downhill quick. They wont evict anyone-Just collect 350.00 fees to \r
let people out of evictions. Please email me if you want to start a homeowners association.\r

Pros: park was great 4 months ago.
