If you are an athlete, just starting out or on your way to the pros, this is the place for you! Impact Sports and Synapse Physical Therapy is an incredible strength training and conditioning facility that is home to some of th e most incredible and talented athletic trainers in Colorado. Impact sports has a facility that is home to 50 yards of turf, baseball batting cages, volleyball/basketball/all purpose court, weight room and so much more, but it isn't the facility that will knock your socks off, it is the employees. Impact Sports is the ONLY place my kids will train. I have a son who is a hockey player and a daughter who just LOVES to work out there....and yes, I said, ""loves"" to work out there. When is the last time you have ever heard of someone who LOVES to work out? Well, I would say that at least 85% of the kids/adults that go to IMPACT, can truly say they LOVE it. Workouts are incredible, and the passion behind the employees, drives you to be the best. They have integrity, which most businesses lack these days, along with humor that makes every time you go, enjoyable. Impact Sports performance trainers work with amateur athletes, professional athletes, and just those who want to get in shape. It is a blast to sweat there....I bet you don't hear that too often about your gym!!\r Impact Sports is also home to one the most talented group of Physical Therapists, Jeff Steib and Matt Sprague. My son had to have physical therapy and he loved that too....why? Because you can have physical therapy WITHOUT all the same boring exercises!! They can take you over to the gym or the turf and watch you in your sport and evaluate your needs, work on your muscle strength ...for example, my son had to recover from surgery on his left leg. While in physical therapy he skated inline on the rink, while his PT watched and worked on his muscle strength WHILE doing his physical therapy! It is amazing! If you haven't been to Impact Sports/Synapse, I HIGHLY recommend it! Pros: Incredible and most Knowledgeable staff in Colorado, part of your work out is laughing!
