Review content:
I thought these guys were great. The two men who own the business came across as gracious, professional, and thankful for business. I used them for granite in the kitchen and master bathroom. The bar in our kitchen became detached. I thought our tile guy broke it. New Stone came out and fixed it. Then - when BOTH bars became detached (there were no other workers in the house to blame) I realized it was the granite. \r
When I called New Stone about it, he told me to go buy an L bracket from Lowes. What would have been better? For a professional to see our kitchen when they came to measure it and recommend AT THAT TIME to have a handyman build a support for it. Also - the tile person who did the backsplash in the kitchen told me (when it was too late to rectify) that the granite counter top was not level. (This may be because the cabinets are not level - but a professional would tell me about it and give me the option to fix it.) \r
\r
I do not recommend them. I am still in the process of fixing what they should have done right the first time.
Cons: Do not recommend New Stone
