Review content:
Satterfields hasn't been on the dining scene in Birmingham except for a couple of years, but in that short time has proven itself to be amongst the best in the area. Located in Cahaba Heights, it truly is a hidden gem to many.\r \r The creations of executive chef Haller Magee are simply stunning. Using fresh ingredients, Haller and his team come up with some truly remarkable dishes. While the menu changes daily, there are some dishes that show up repeatedly as well as some creations that you might never see again. \r \r Owner Becky Satterfield's dessert creations are simply outstanding. \r \r The wine list is impressive, offering a wide range of choices both mainstream and off-beat. Also, one night a week (Thursday I believe) all wines on the menu are available by the glass! The bar service is led by head bartender Sean Nixon, who is always quick to offer a suggestion. There is also a tasting flight that is offered, typically with 3 different wines for $10.\r \r If you haven't been to Satterfields, you owe it to yourself to make a reservation and try them out. You won't be disappointed!\r \r Webpage is satterfieldsrestaurant dot com (can't enter URL directly on this site) Pros: Creative dishes, incredible desserts, top notch wine list
