This salon DESTROYED my hair. I've been getting my hair done at a salon for 15 years and I have NEVER had such a terrible experience. When I left the salon my hair was so bad I was crying like someone I love had just died. I had highlighted hair with an A-line lob. I asked for highlights and the hairdresser told me no, I needed a color retouch. I said OK the first time she touched up my roots my hair was blackish purple!!!! How in God's name do you try to color someones hair blond and get a black purple?! I remained calm... even though I wanted to scream on the inside... the hair dresser said she could fix it. I gave her another try, she slapped hair color all over my fresh highlights and shoved me under the dryer, as my scalped BURNED... I told her my scalp was in a lot of pain and she said I was fine. After she washed my hair in a filthy sink, she turned me away from the mirror as she blow dried my hair... which I thought was really weird! She kept telling me it was a pretty color, she also INSISTED I had a trim even though I didn't really want one I allowed her to trim it but I insisted she not change the cut because I loved it. After she was done she turned me around so I could see myself in the mirror and I broke down in tears. My hair was Orange and purple with a haircut that looked like a small child cut my hair... a TOTALLY different style than I had. I called the manager of the salon several times explaining that when I went to another salon to have it fixed it cost me $120.00, four hours of my time the first visit and another hour and a half the second time. ( It took two visits to have it fixed) and it still isn't the way it was before, it's very damaged and two and a half inches shorter. The owner told me he would not compensate me but he would give me a $35.00 gift card! I was appalled. He refused to take my calls after that. HORRIBLE management HORRIBLE hairdresser! Please save yourself the pain of going to this salon! I really seriously wonder if these people even have a license. This salon should be shut down!!!!
